## 1. Data Collected via Harmate Account

When creating an account on Harmate, we collect limited information necessary for the operation of the service, including:

- First and last name (if applicable)
- Professional email address
- Password (stored encrypted)
- If applicable, organization information (organization name, structure, function)

This data allows us to create and manage your space, access the service and communicate with you about Harmate.

## 2. Data Collected via Questionnaires

Harmate users can create and distribute questionnaires to participants.

Data collected through these questionnaires (participant responses) are the responsibility of the person or organization using Harmate to manage them.

Harmate acts as a tool for collecting, structuring and visualizing this data. The content of questions and the nature of information requested are the responsibility of the user creating the questionnaire.

## 3. Use of Data

Account data is used to:

- allow you to access the service,
- inform you of important developments in Harmate,
- support you in using the platform.

Data from questionnaire responses is used to:

- display results, groupings and analyses to the user managing the questionnaire,
- offer grouping and visualization features in accordance with the configuration chosen by the user.

We do not use questionnaire responses for commercial prospecting or to create autonomous profiles independent of the context in which they were collected.

## 4. Data Sharing

Data is not resold.

It may be shared with:

- technical service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the platform (for example, the host),
- publisher collaborators when necessary for support or maintenance.

In all cases, this sharing is limited to what is necessary for the operation and support of the service.

## 5. Hosting

Data is stored within Infomaniak's infrastructure, in Europe.

Infomaniak provides technical management of the infrastructure (servers, storage, network) and implements standard security measures to protect hosted data.

## 6. Cookies and Trackers

The Harmate website and application may use cookies or trackers strictly necessary for the operation of the service (e.g.: session management, basic technical preferences).

If audience measurement or experience improvement tools are used, they are used with a data minimization approach. Detailed information about these tools may be specified or updated in this page or in a dedicated notice.

## 7. Retention Period

Account data is retained as long as the account is active.

Data from questionnaires is retained as long as the user or organization that created them maintains active access to the corresponding space, unless deletion or anonymization is decided by that user.

In the event of a request to delete an account, the terms for managing associated data (including questionnaires) may be specified to the user at the time of this request.

## 8. Your Rights

You can:

- request access to personal data associated with your account,
- request correction of inaccurate information,
- request deletion of your account.

Regarding responses to a questionnaire, any request must be addressed primarily to the organization or person who administered this questionnaire via Harmate.

## 9. Updates to the Privacy Policy

This privacy policy may evolve to reflect changes to the service or the applicable legal framework.

In the event of a significant change, we may notify users via the usual channels (email or notification in the interface).
