Harmate is first and foremost a story of a concrete need, a small team, and patient building.

The project began with a real entrepreneurial matching use case, then expanded toward smarter questionnaires and the broader framework carried by ALL. This page tells that story, the team behind it, and the long-term context in which Harmate is evolving.

Our intention

Build something useful, readable, and humanly accountable.

Harmate did not start from a desire to launch just another product. The project grew from a precise need, then through successive expansions, with the same core requirement: stay serious in substance, simple in form, and clear about the place left to human judgment, even as the questionnaires become smarter.

The project's story

1

A discussion, a real problem

The starting point was not a broad ambition. It began with a simple question: how can founders be helped to find a truly compatible co-founder, taking into account not only skills, but also shared vision, ways of working, and useful complementarities?

2

The idea outgrows its initial scope

While working on this very specific need, an obvious insight emerged: the same kind of difficulty appeared elsewhere. Whenever profiles must be matched, groups assembled, or human responses better understood, the same underlying question returns. That insight changed the scale of the project and led it toward smarter questionnaires.

3

The project takes shape as it moves forward

Harmate was built progressively, through trials, adjustments, and successive clarifications. To give substance to the initial intuition, it was necessary to test, observe, correct, structure, and accept that the project had to evolve in contact with reality rather than freezing an abstract promise too early.

4

A project rooted in time

Over time, Harmate found a more solid framework. The project is carried forward by Enzo MARTIN, trained at Grenoble INP - ENSIMAG, supported by Pepite oZer, and helped in its structuring by Fondation Grenoble INP. This long-term grounding matters just as much as the work built along the way.

What guides the team

Start from reality

The project only makes sense if it answers a concrete problem. We prefer a clear origin and an identifiable need to messaging that is too broad or too abstract.

Stay readable

We try to build a project that remains understandable, restrained in how it is presented, and clear about what it is, what it is becoming, and what it does not claim to be.

Move forward with rigor

The project has been built over time, with back-and-forth adjustments, support, and real attention to credibility. We prefer patient progress to surface-level acceleration.

Keep the human where they belong

The project's common thread remains human before being technical. What matters is better understanding situations and people without erasing responsibility or judgment.

The team

Today, Harmate moves forward with a small team. This format forces us to focus on the essentials: clarify what we want to build, keep direct contact with reality, and maintain a coherent trajectory over time.

Enzo MARTIN

Founder & Lead Developer

Enzo has led Harmate since its origin. Trained at Grenoble INP - ENSIMAG, he turned an initial entrepreneurial matching intuition into a broader project without losing the original thread: start from a concrete need, structure the approach seriously, and help the project grow with rigor. Harmate is developing in continuity with entrepreneurial support from Pepite oZer and a framework of trust provided by Fondation Grenoble INP.

A trajectory taking shape

Harmate does not tell a linear or already finished story. The project has been built step by step, with a clear thread and a framework that has grown stronger over time.

1

2024

The project takes shape around a very concrete question: how to help founders find a truly compatible co-founder. The first reflections and early prototypes lay the foundation for Harmate.

2

2025

Harmate gains clarity, refines its framework, and becomes part of more structured entrepreneurial and academic support. The project starts taking the shape it has today.

3

Today

The project keeps moving forward with strong attention to coherence between vision, credibility, and development. What matters now is not moving faster at any cost, but helping Harmate grow within a solid framework.

Harmate is part of ALL

ALL is the broader framework within which Harmate is developing. For us, Harmate is not just a name or a website: it is a project carried over time, with a guiding thread that starts from a real need and expands without losing clarity.

Harmate FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is carrying Harmate today?

The project is led by Enzo MARTIN, founder of ALL and creator of Harmate, with a small team around him. Corinne MARTIN notably helps keep a strong link with the field and with human relationships.

What is the link between Harmate and ALL?

ALL is the broader framework within which Harmate is developing. Harmate is currently its most visible expression, but the project belongs to a wider approach to decision-support tools built in a rigorous and readable way.

Where does the project come from?

The starting point was a very concrete entrepreneurial matching need. Over time, that initial intuition grew, moved toward smarter questionnaires, and took shape within a lasting entrepreneurial and academic framework, notably with Pepite oZer and Fondation Grenoble INP.

What makes Harmate different from a classic form?

Harmate starts from the idea that a checkbox form is not always enough. The project has expanded toward smarter questionnaires that can better read open responses and surface useful complementarities without taking human judgment away.
