Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose of the Service

Harmate is a SaaS product developed within ALL. It enables users to create and manage questionnaires, collect responses and view associated groupings and analyses.

ALL is currently led by Enzo MARTIN, the publisher and operator of the Harmate product under these terms.

These terms and conditions define the framework within which the service may be used.

2. Account Creation and Management

To use Harmate, you must create an account with a valid email address.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for the use made of your account. In the event of suspected unauthorized use, you must change your password and inform us if necessary.

Enzo MARTIN, an active sole proprietor (SIREN 108 698 242, SIRET 108 698 242 00014), is the publisher and operator of the Harmate product under the ALL activity. 3. Authorized Use of the Service

You undertake to use Harmate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in particular:

• not to use the service to disseminate illegal or offensive content,
• not to attempt to bypass security mechanisms,
• not to attempt to access other users' data without authorization.

The service is intended for professional or academic use, in the context of managing questionnaires and groups.

4. Content and User Responsibilities

The user who creates a questionnaire via Harmate is entirely responsible for:

• the content of the questions asked,
• the information requested from participants,
• the way this information is used.

The service publisher does not control the content of questionnaires and cannot be held responsible for the information collected or for the use made of it by the user.

5. Service Availability

Harmate is offered as a SaaS ("software as a service"). We implement reasonable means to ensure the accessibility of the service, but cannot guarantee permanent availability or a total absence of interruptions.

Temporary interruptions may occur in the event of maintenance, updates or technical incidents.

6. Limitation of Liability

The results, groupings or analyses offered by Harmate are aids to reading the responses collected. They do not constitute decision-making recommendations in the legal or financial sense.

The publisher cannot be held responsible for:

• pedagogical, organizational or HR decisions taken on the basis of the results displayed,
• direct or indirect consequences linked to the use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The general structure of the service, as well as graphic elements, interfaces and functionalities, are protected by intellectual property law.

The user retains rights to content they introduce (questions, descriptive texts, etc.), subject to having the necessary rights to such content themselves.

8. Account Suspension or Deletion

In the event of manifest non-compliance with these terms of use (abusive use, unauthorized access attempt, use manifestly contrary to applicable law), the publisher reserves the right to suspend or limit access to the service, or even delete the account concerned.

In the event of disagreement or wish to terminate your account, you may request closure of your access via the contact indicated.

When available in the interface, deletion can also be initiated from Settings > Personal Data > Delete My Account.

9. Changes to Terms of Use

These terms may be subject to change to reflect service developments or regulatory changes.

The version in force is the one available on this page. Information may be transmitted to users in the event of significant changes.
