Prepare a Consulting First Meeting

Collect the request, context, intended use, and open questions before a first consulting meeting. The form prepares the conversation; it does not automatically qualify an engagement. Use responses for the stated purpose and do not include personal or confidential information.

Preview of the questions only.

  1. In your own words, what request would you like to discuss?
  2. What event or situation led to this request?
  3. What decision, activity, or use should the first conversation support?
  4. Who is affected by the situation, and who should take part in the discussion?
  5. What have you already tried, and what did you observe afterward? If possible, separate the observation from your interpretation.
  6. What information or examples can you share to prepare the conversation? Avoid personal data or sensitive documents.
  7. What scope, timing, or decision constraints should be understood?
  8. What remains uncertain or should be clarified together during the meeting?
