Candidate Feedback — Process Clarity & Experience
Offer this questionnaire voluntarily after a recruitment step or process. It gathers feedback on the clarity of steps, information, and communication to help identify process improvements. It must not be used to assess, score, or rank candidates. Avoid personal, sensitive, or confidential information.
Preview of the questions only.
- Which stage of the process would you like to refer to? You can keep it general and leave out names.
- Did the information you received help you understand what was expected at this stage? What helped, or what was missing?
- Were the next steps and expected response timing clear to you? If not, what would have helped clarify them?
- Did you know whom to contact if you had a question? You can describe what would have made this easier.
- Was there a step or instruction that required avoidable effort? If so, describe only the process aspect.
- What concrete change would make the process clearer or simpler for future candidates? You may say that no change seems necessary.
