Post-Event Feedback — Attendee Experience

Adapt before sharing: name the event, who will read the answers, and how they will be used. This questionnaire explores attendees’ experiences, what was useful, and possible improvements. Responses describe reported experiences and do not necessarily represent all attendees. Do not share personal or sensitive data, or confidential information about a person or organization. If a question does not fit your experience, say so.

Preview of the questions only.
